Historically yoga was taught one on one and private sessions are a wonderful way to practice, for beginners to experienced practitioners alike – for anyone wishing to go deeper with their own practice.
Private sessions are normally one hour in length and are tailored to meet the individual needs of each practitioner. Whether you wish to practice dynamically (working on strength and flexibility), restoratively (working with meridians and fascia in opening, releasing and restoring), wish to focus on meditation and breathwork, or whether you’re overcoming an injury, illness or addiction – the benefits of a tailored yoga practice designed specifically for you are invaluable.
Classes are tailored to the cycles and seasons of nature to assist in bringing energies in line with the cyclical rhythm of our surroundings.
